Description
Adelphi is seeking bilingual (Spanish-English) Speech-Language Pathologists to provide services to students within a school district in Katy, Texas. The ideal candidates will assess and support students' communication needs while delivering services in accordance with established standards of care, district policies, and applicable guidelines.

Requirements
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Master's degree in Communication Disorders, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field
- Experience working with pediatric populations in a school-based setting
- Knowledge of applicable Texas speech-language pathology standards and guidelines
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop individualized therapy plans.
- Provide individual and group speech-language therapy services.
- Address expressive and receptive language, articulation, fluency, and social-pragmatic communication needs.
- Develop and implement Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) strategies and tools when appropriate.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support students' communication development across educational environments.
- Provide guidance and training to teachers, staff, and families on strategies that promote communication success.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and comply with applicable school, state, and professional requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
