Our client is a leading technology-enabled business of significant scale, with a strong presence across multiple markets in Asia. Operating in a dynamic and highly competitive environment, the organisation continues to scale and evolve its business and operating model as it enters its next phase of growth. It is seeking to appoint an accomplished Senior HR Business Partner to strengthen organisational performance, leadership effectiveness and workforce capability.

Responsibilities

Leading a team of experienced HR Business Partners, you will partner senior business leaders to translate business priorities into organisation and people strategies across organisational design, workforce planning, talent, performance, rewards and employee relations. A key focus will be driving a high-performance culture and enabling organisational change, using people analytics and commercial insights to diagnose complex challenges, influence leadership decisions and deliver transformation across the business.

Requirements

You are an accomplished HR leader with a strong track record in HR Business Partnering within high performing organisations undergoing significant growth, scale-up or transformation, with experience leading HRBP teams and partnering senior executives across multiple markets in Asia. Commercially astute, analytical and execution focused, you thrive in fast paced, ambiguous environments and bring the judgement and influencing skills to challenge constructively and drive change. Experience gained within technology companies, digitally enabled businesses or other high-growth, scaling organisations will be highly preferred.
