Position Summary
The School Psychologist plays a vital role in supporting student academic progress and well-being through comprehensive, integrated services. This position works collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff to design learner-focused solutions, promote positive outcomes, and ensure every student is supported to thrive through services aligned to the NASP Model.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results to guide decision-making Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement effective academic and behavioral supports Provide counseling, social-emotional support, and behavior interventions Support Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and data-based problem solving Participate in crisis prevention, intervention, and response efforts Promote safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments Engage families as partners and connect them with community resources Ensure equitable, culturally responsive practices in all services Apply evidence-based practices and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
Master’s or Specialist degree (Ed.S.) in School Psychology, Valid Arizona certification or eligibility for certification as a School Psychologist, Strong skills in assessment, consultation, and intervention Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders

- Master’s or Specialist degree (Ed.S.) in School Psychology
- Arizona Professional Non-Teaching Certificate
- Criminal Background Clearance/Fingerprint Clearance MMR
