Description
Manager, Workforce Consulting - HR Transformation and Technology, PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Houston, TX. Focus on providing consulting services related to human resources, talent management, organizational development and overall effectiveness and efficiency of the HR function and related technologies within organizations. Conduct comprehensive analysis of client organization’s HR practices, identifying areas for improvement and develop strategic workforce planning initiatives. Analyze client needs, develop people and organization strategies. Provide guidance on HR transformation, HR technology implementation (including leading platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, and Dayforce), and service delivery models. Assist clients in optimising their HR function to align with business objectives and enhance HR service quality. Coach and supervise teams.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $186,000 - $193,000/yr.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Management, Organizational Psychology or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Management, Organizational Psychology or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Using HR technology platforms and analytics tools (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, and Dayforce) to scope, design, and deliver projects that include organizational assessment, change management, job/competency analysis, assessment validation, performance management, and implementation of talent acquisition programs;
- Applying expertise in all aspects of human capital, including creating sustainable value through people culture and change, designing compensation and retirement strategies, and improvement human capital operations;
- Identifying automation opportunities in payroll and implementing various payroll technologies, including cloud-based payroll platforms such as ADP, Strada, Ceridian Dayforce, UKG, or Workday Payroll;
- Consulting on the effectiveness and efficiency of functions within Human Resources (Talent Acquisition, Development/training, performance management, and payroll) and designing and implementing improvements to such functions; and
- Leading and coordinating large-scale HR transformation programs, including project management office (PMO) activities such as program governance, stakeholder alignment, milestone tracking, risk and issue management, and vendor coordination across multiple workstreams.
50% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
