SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
As a Dedicated Aide, you'll work closely with teachers and school staff to provide personalized support to students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. Your support will help create a structured, inclusive, and encouraging environment where every student has the chance to thrive.
* Provide one-on-one and classroom support to students with and without disabilities
* Assist students with academic tasks, assignments, and daily classroom activities
* Support implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
* Collaborate with teachers to adapt lesson plans and instructional materials
* Assist with behavior management strategies
* Support students with social interactions and communication skills
* Assist with personal care needs when required
* Monitor and document student progress and behavior
* Help maintain a structured and supportive classroom environment
* Prepare classroom materials and organize learning resources
* Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents as needed
* Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities

CLIENTS REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* High School Diploma or GED (Required)
* Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience working with children
* Ability to support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to pass required background clearances
