Texas G&S Investments, INC is seeking an CTO – Chief Technology Officer. 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mon-Fri: 40 hrs./wk. Wages: $109,470.00.Direct and supervise IT department operations, ensuring system efficiency and continuity. Coordinate and lead the technology team, assigning tasks and overseeing projects. Implement cybersecurity strategies to protect sensitive corporate and client data. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including OFAC, FinCEN, and Texas Department of Banking. Lead technology modernization projects and digital infrastructure improvements. Ensure continuous availability and reliability of critical systems and databases. Evaluate and implement technology solutions to optimize internal processes and operational efficiency. Monitor and report system performance in accordance with industry standards and IT best practices. Supervise software developers, computer system analysis, computer user support specialists, network and computer systems administrators.

Requirements

(2) year work experience in IT management/Director of Information Technology, directing IT operations.  Proficient in English and Spanish. Experience managing IT operations across multiple branch locations and proficiency with regulatory technology implementations specific to financial compliance requirements.  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology; Computer Engineering; Information Systems; or Software Engineer.   Job #17005853.
