Position Overview
The engineers will begin by completing training using client-provided laptops and portals. They will then shadow experienced engineers to learn the processes, procedures, and work being performed at the client location.
Once they become comfortable with the work and client requirements, they will take on the additional responsibility of training a group of new hires, helping them understand the processes and get up to speed with the client's requirements.

RSS Inc. is currently seeking Mechanical or Chemical Engineers with Bachelor’s degrees for an exciting assignment supporting one of our major Aerospace clients. The initial assignment is expected to last approximately 6 weeks, with the potential to extend up to 6 months.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain valuable, hands-on engineering experience while working with a major Aerospace client.
Position Details
$50/hour straight time
$75/hour overtime
Guaranteed 50 hours per week
$30/day per diem for meals, 7 days a week
Travel, lodging, and per diem paid by RSS Inc.
Flights provided or travel expenses reimbursed by RSS Inc.
Single-occupancy hotel room provided for the duration of the assignment
RSS Inc. will provide transportation for the team to and from the client facility and hotel, as well as transportation for Walmart runs, laundry runs, and other necessary errands or necessities during the assignment.
Travel date: October 10, 2026
Work begins: October 12, 2026
Initial assignment of approximately 6 weeks, with potential to extend up to 6 months
Must be able and willing to be away from home for up to 60 days at a time. If the project continues, engineers will have the option to return home for up to one week before returning to the client location.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be able and willing to travel and be away from home for up to 60 days at a time
If the project continues, engineers will have the option to go home for up to one week before returning to the client location
Must successfully pass a background check
Must successfully pass a drug screen
