The School of Visual Arts (SVA) is a well-established private art and design college located in New York City that has been educating artists, designers, filmmakers, and creative professionals since its founding in 1947. With a faculty made up largely of working professionals and a student body of several thousand degree-seeking undergraduates and graduates, SVA offers a wide range of programs across disciplines such as animation, film, illustration, graphic design, 3D animation and visual effects, photography, and more, fostering both creative and critical thinking in its curriculum.
