Under the general direction and supervision of the Public Safety Communications Director or their designee, the Communications Technology Manager is responsible for designing, installing, troubleshooting, analyzing, repairing and maintaining radio frequency systems and specialized radio units used at SPSCC Dispatch and KPB public safety agencies.
