Who we're looking for:
We are seeking a full-time Physiotherapist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about dance (and has been a part of the dance scene growing up), injury prevention, and rehabilitation. You will work closely with dancers of all levels—from beginners to professionals—helping them recover from injuries, enhance performance, and build resilience as well as our dance physiotherapist who have worked in the field for over 10 years.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat dance-related injuries and musculoskeletal conditions including Pre Pointe Assessments
Develop tailored rehabilitation and performance enhancement programs for our clients
Collaborate with dance teachers, coaches, and other health professionals to support holistic care
Educate clients on injury prevention, conditioning, and safe dance practices
Contribute to workshops, screenings, and teaching exercises classes including our Mature Age class
Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold professional standards

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
Strong interest or background in dance and performing arts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, supportive team environment
