Covenant Christian School is seeking to fully develop our middle school and grow our high school programs while remaining true to our mission of partnering with Christian parents to equip their children to serve God in His world by providing a Christ-centered, academically excellent education.
Key Responsibilities Lead curriculum development, instructional practices and academic programming for grades 6-12 Support and evaluate secondary teachers through coaching, feedback and professional growth plans Build and expand secondary programs, courses and electives in alignment with long term vision Foster student growth to include support systems, discipline and communication with families Oversee daily operations of the secondary program including staffing and schedules
Requirements
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Education or related field preferred Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or related field preferred Secondary teaching and leadership experience preferred Bilingual preferred Commitment to school mission and agreement with Covenant Christian School’s statement of faith required
