Relocation assistance is available for candidates interested in any of these markets. Annual base compensation ranges from $310,000 to $390,000 dependent on experience.
These positions support a nationally recognized IP litigation group handling highstakes district court matters and PTAB proceedings involving cuttingedge computer hardware, software, and electrical technologies.
Ideal candidates will bring:
4–6 years of substantive patent litigation experience
Experience with inter partes review (IPR) or other PTAB matters
A technical degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Exceptional writing and analytical skills
USPTO registration preferred
