Requirements

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards and the school’s faith-based mission
• Integrate biblical worldview and scripture into daily instruction across subject areas
• Create a positive, Christ-centered classroom environment that encourages respect, responsibility, and character development
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations, and provide timely feedback
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and spiritual development
• Model Christian values, including integrity, compassion, and servant leadership
• Maintain classroom discipline consistent with biblical principles and school policies
• Participate in school events, chapel services, and professional development opportunities
