The U.S. Value Equity Team has a collaborative culture that promotes team stability. This seasoned, experienced, and specialized team has been working together for more than a decade, providing extensive institutional memory and knowledge of the investable universe. The team seeks to invest in undervalued small and midcap companies that it believes possess solid balance sheets and free cash flow generation along with management teams that are strong stewards of capital.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Identify and recommend new investment ideas that are suitable for investment management clients to assist portfolio managers in generating capital gains. Continue to analyze and monitor developments that impact portfolio holdings for which the analyst is responsible.
Perform fundamental analysis on industry sector to provide a frame of reference for investing in industry or market sectors and related sub-sectors.
Proactively, clearly, and concisely communicate investment recommendations to portfolio managers and other analysts.
Develop and maintain research relationships including company managements, industry contacts, and research vendors (brokers and analysts).
Make field trips, interview company executives, and attend industry conferences to stay abreast of changes in company fundamentals and industry trends.
Participate in other projects as requested by management.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of related investment research experience.
Buy-side experience required making buy and sell recommendations to portfolio managers with a proven record of outperformance.
Strong knowledge of the domestic small and mid-cap technology sector.
Strong working knowledge of accounting and finance.
