Applications are invited from qualified individuals for three (3) full-time one-year limited term positions. All positions are at the rank of Lecturer or Instructor with the Department of Finance & Management Science, Edwards School of Business, University of Saskatchewan located in Saskatoon, Canada:
(1) Operations Management (OM): This is a one-year term starting July 1, 2026. The successful candidate will be required to develop and deliver introductory and advanced operations and supply chain management courses; engage with faculty, students, and community partners; and contribute to collaboration between instructors.
(2) Management Information Systems (MIS): This is a one-year term starting July 1, 2026. The successful candidate will be required primarily to develop and deliver introductory and advanced management information systems courses; may be required to develop and deliver introductory and advanced operations management courses; engage with faculty, students, and community partners; and contribute to collaboration between instructors.
(3) Business Mathematics (BMath): This is a one-year term starting July 1, 2026 (exceptional candidates may be offered a two-year limited term). The successful candidate will be required to develop and deliver introductory and advanced business mathematics courses; engage with faculty, students, and community partners; and contribute to collaboration between instructors.
Requirements
Note that the teaching load for these positions is nine (9) courses per year (typically 4-4-1).

A relevant graduate degree is required for the lecturer rank and a relevant undergraduate degree and professional designation is required for the instructor rank. We are seeking candidates who have teaching experience, demonstrated effective classroom teaching and student mentorship skills, effective interpersonal and communication skills, and (in line with our AACSB accreditation qualification standards) either a graduate degree with current and relevant research activity, or substantial and relevant professional work experience.
Salary information for this position for the 2026-2027 academic year is as follows:
Lecturer: $95,187 to $139,203
Instructor: $76,847 to $120,863
Compensation for this position is in accordance with the terms outlined in the University of Saskatchewan Faculty Association (USFA) Collective Agreement.
