What You’ll Do
- Perform advanced structural computations and analysis, applying complex theory to practical design.
- Create and review calculations, reports, design input records, and other technical documentation made by other structural engineers.
- Partner with mechanical and electrical engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams to meet project requirements.
- Support the Field Service team with technical field solutions and the manufacturing team with technical equipment inquiries.
- Review drawings and bills of materials for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.
- Ensure safety, collaboration, and quality within the Structural Engineering department.
- Mentor team members and share your specialized knowledge with the Structural Engineering group.
Work Environment
This role is primarily on-site at 531 Old Swede Road Douglassville, PA 19518, with occasional travel to job sites or client facilities, including work at varying heights and in outdoor or industrial environments while following strict safety standards.
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00AM-4:30PM | Full-time hours on-site

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET/EAC-accredited program.
- Active Engineer-In-Training/Engineer Intern Status (required).
- Master of Science or PhD in Engineering is a plus.
- 10+ years of structural engineering experience.
- Strong background in static analysis and design of steel structures, including strength of materials and beam theory.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Wrike.
- Experience with Mathcad, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or other equivalent software.
- Strong design code familiarity with steel girder, column, connection design, fatigue stress analysis, reinforced concrete
- design (ANSI/AISC 360, CMAA, ASCE/SEI-7, AWS, ASME, ACI 318).
- Seismic and vibration analysis experience a plus.
- Applied finite element analysis experience in structural analysis is a plus.
Preferred Certifications
- Active Professional Engineer license (or equivalent international credential) in good standing.
