CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS/ROLE TYPE
Part Time | Earn Up to $72/hr
Start in May until end of school year
1 hour/week for 2 students

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will provide evaluations and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders at a charter school. This role supports students' academic, social, and emotional growth through evidence-based interventions. The SLP collaborates with teachers, administrators, and families to create individualized treatment plans, contributes to IEP development, monitors progress, and delivers direct therapy services. This position is a short-term opportunity to support students while the current provider relocates.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Master's degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology (accredited program)
- Valid Texas SLP license; CCCSLP (ASHA) preferred
- State SLP Licensure (Texas License required)
- 12 years of schoolbased experience preferred
- Skilled in evaluations, IEPs, therapy planning, and progress monitoring
- Develop and deliver therapy plans (individual and group) using evidencebased practices
