This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S. Must be willing to work PST timezone from 8am to 5pm. 

Enterprise Business Technology is on a mission to support and create enterprise software for our organization. We're a highly collaborative team that interlocks with corporate functions such as Finance and Product teams to deliver value with innovative technology solutions. Each day, thousands of people rely on Enlyte's technology and services to help their customers during challenging life events. We're looking for a remote Senior Software Development Engineer that can lead our financial data platform development team who enable revenue capture and our clients' reporting needs.  You'll serve as a lead engineer dedicated to crafting software and data solutions using Python, C# (.net core), SQL, Snowflake, Postgresql and AWS.

Opportunity:

• You'll be joining our Cloud Billing and Analytics team which is responsible for mission critical processes for our financial data platform that consists of data pipelines and event driven microservices.
• You will lead a team of engineers to make sure we facilitate high volume transaction processing through our pricing engine, maintain a data platform for financial reporting, and handle incidents that arise on the job.
• You will work closely with our Product Owners and Stakeholders to develop robust solutions that are battle tested and production worthy to price our clients activities
• Help us build and establish data ingestion pipelines from our products to our pricing engine and to our data warehouse in Snowflake
• Work with our data science team to establish reports, analytics and models

Responsibilities:

• Lead our hybrid team (onshore / offshore)
• Design technical solutions and lead the dev team via code reviews
• Write excellent Python and C# code using OOP and best practices
• Contribute to our low code strategy across the organization
• Participate in helping our organization adopt Artificial Intelligence by leveraging LLM's, RAG and Agentic solutions into our financial data systems
• Other duties as assigned

• BS in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer
• 2+ years of leading development teams
• Python experience is required
• C# experience is required with .NET core experience preferred
• Deep knowledge of SQL and Stored Procedures
• Very Strong experience with PostgreSQL and Snowflake
• Knowledge of Low Code tools such as Outsystems
• Experience with AWS via SQS, Lambda functions, VPC's, EC2 containers is required
• Experience with practical use of LLM's or Agentic AI
• Some experience with Netsuite and Salesforce is a plus but not required
• Bachelor's degree is required in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
