Goepfert Speech Associates, a private practice in Hershey, PA is now hiring full-time School Speech-Language Pathologists. We are seeking dedicated and passionate speech-language pathologists to join our team and cover school contracts for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. (Clinical Fellows Welcome!). The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapy to students of all ages with communication disorders. • Assess and evaluate students’ speech and language abilities to identify areas of need.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique communication challenges.
• Provide direct therapy to students with speech and language disorders in both individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment for students.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Stay current with best practices and research in the field of speech and language pathology.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies for improvement, as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Pennsylvania licensure in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC certification preferred
• Experience working with children, adolescents in an educational setting
• Strong knowledge of speech and language development, assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive culture.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for effective documentation and record-keeping.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about advancements in the field.
