This Opportunity:
Opportunity for immediate involvement in on-going projects, with the opportunity to expand into new markets
Provide technical advice, lead projects and teams, manage client relationships and deliver profitable projects to grow our civil practice
Work in a collaborative team environment where you'll impact team decisions and mentor our junior engineers and technicians
Representing SEH with agencies at project and public meetings
Prepare project approaches, scopes and fees required to complete projects
Present proposals to clients, interviews for projects, and select project teams
Determining major project design decisions in conjunction with client
Hybrid Work Environment Flexibility
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
Registered Professional Engineer, if not WI ability to obtain WI license upon hire
Must reside in or around New Richmond, Wisconsin
Ability to attend client meetings as needed
Previous design and/or construction experience on civil projects
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous Project management experience on Civil Engineering projects
Previous experience with all phases of municipal street and utility improvement projects
AutoCAD/Civil3D background

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $85,000 and $90,000 based on skill set and experience. Check out our full benefits package at SEH Hiring Journey.
