Description
Strategic Analysis, Inc. is seeking an experienced Cyberspace Operations SME to join our team. Experience with prior Department of Defense Cyber Mission teams is what we are looking for. The ideal candidate will leverage their experiences and deep understanding of cyberspace operations to plan, integrate, test, and transition critical Science and Technology efforts to a DoD program of record. This role requires a high degree of technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.Experience:
-Expert knowledge of all cyberspace operations-related laws, policies, and procedures.
-Specialized expertise in cyberspace operations; development and implementation of comprehensive cyberspace operations strategies
-Knowledge of capabilities development lifecycle and TTP development; on keyboard testing of capabilities, documentation of tool use, draft job qualification standards
-Computer network operations and cyberspace operations planning
-Evaluation of USCYBERCOM operations, procedures, and policies to ensure missions are conducted in accordance with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
-Significant experience with stakeholder engagement, building operational and strategic partnerships, and technology transition involving the intelligence community and USCYBERCOM
-Management of computer network operations professionals; ability to manage a group of uniquely skilled individuals to execute a mission in support of the commander's objectives
-Red Team experience
-Certified Network Warfare Operator
Education:
-BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field required
Clearance:
-TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph is required
Travel:
-May be required up to 10% of the time
