Key Responsibilities:
As a Plumbing Design Engineer at Interface, you will be taking ownership as a discipline lead on multiple projects. Your duties will include (but may not be limited to):
- Responsibility for plumbing system selection, engineering & design
- Preparation of Plumbing drawings, sketches, analysis, specifications, and calculations
- Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Providing management and oversight of plumbing support staff
- Providing construction administration & site observations related to your projects.
- Delivering exemplary service and support to team members and clients.
What You'll Bring:
Required:
- BSME, CPD (or equivalent experience)
- 2-10 years' experience in MEP plumbing design/consulting
- Working knowledge of IPC/UPC and IBC standards
Preferred:
- A Professional Engineering License
- LEED Accreditation
- Working Autodesk® REVIT knowledge
