- Lead Diagnostician
Description
Position: Child & Adolescent Neurodevelopmental Diagnostician
Company: Behavioral Health Startup
Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
About Us:
We’re a behavioral health services startup, rebuilding clinical practice to put consumers and outcomes first. Today’s clinics ask families to be “patient”: long waitlists, confusing plans, and repetitive forms that exhaust rather than help. Those are leftovers from systems that never evolved. We’re changing that.
We deliver care—not just software. Clinicians work side-by-side with technologists to redesign every step so it’s faster, clearer, and lighter-weight for families and for the people providing care. We use AI only when it measurably improves care—shorter waits, clearer reports, less busywork—and we judge ourselves by outcomes and experience, not “satisfaction” alone.
Clinicians—including clinical psychologists—are among our founders, working with product and engineering to shape protocols, measures, and clinician-in-the-loop workflows. If you want to practice at the top of your training while helping design a practice you’d be proud to work in, you’ll fit right in.
