Overview

Twin Hills Country club is a privately owned club located in Longmeadow Massachusetts. The 18 hole facility is coming off one of its best years under the current ownership and is primed for continued success on and off the course. Our Staff from Director of golf Patrick Murphy and our award winning Director of instruction Marissa Kulig Crow are finishing there first season, with partcipation number for events, clinics and lessons at an all time high. We are looking to add to this dynamic and proven team.

Our Director of golf comes to Twin Hills after being the General Manager of Wyckoff Country Club. As past member of Twin Hills, he brings a unique perspective to what the membership wants and needs. His customer service backround has assisted the club with fostering new and improved relations with members and guests.

Marissa Kulig-Crow comes to Twin Hills from Lyman Orchards in Connecticut. Marissa is a Class A LPGA Teaching Professional who was recently named to the 2024-2025 LPGA Top 50 Best Teachers List. She also was the 2022 National Professional of the Year by the LPGA and the National Teacher of the Year in 2021. Marissa leads the golf staff in lessons and clinics as well as work with the club in providing her expertise in both in and outside tournament construction and play.

Experience Required

Knowledge of running and organizing both inside and outside tournaments

Currently have 20 outside Monday Tournaments and 30 in house

Golf Genuis proficient

Merchandising and POS expieriece

Ability to run day to day operations of the golf shop

Essential Responsibilities

What a week should look like peak time which would be May - Septmeber

Monday/Tuesday off

Wednesday - Sunday

Wednesday Ladies league assist setup and scoring

Thursday Men's League assist setup and scoring

Friday prep for weekend play or in house tournament

Saturday/Sunday assist executution of weekend play and or weekend in house tournaments
