Job Description

• Own the master plan and cadence for demos, deep dives, and POCs; keep deliverables on track.
• Schedule and coordinate demos/workshops; prep agendas, success criteria, and follow-ups.
• Consolidate feedback from stakeholders; maintain decision logs and scorecards.
• Align stakeholders (IT Platform Eng, Security, Procurement, etc) on timelines, risks, and approvals.
• Manage POC definitions (use cases, data sets, success metrics), and track outcomes/readouts.
• Prepare executive-level status updates.
• Coordinate with vendor SEs/PS teams for environments, access, and technical prerequisites.

Expectations:

• +7 years program/project management for enterprise SaaS platform selections (CMS/DXP or adjacent: Martech, CDP, DAM).
• Comfortable working across engineering, security, procurement, and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated operational rigor (roadmaps, RAID, OKRs/metrics) and strong written communication.
• Nice to have: familiarity with headless architectures, API-first platforms, analytics/RUM, and composable stacks.
