Job Description
As part of the Hospital Patient Monitoring Business Operations team, you will work directly with Business Excellence (Lean/Continuous Improvement focus), Business Insights and Analytics (Broad Portfolio: PowerBI, advanced analytics, AI, python, etc.), and various PMOs (Project Management Offices) and become a critical part of Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring Artificial Intelligence Journey.
Your role:
- Develop and execute data strategies that align with evolving business needs, ensuring coordination across cross-functional teams for feasibility and impact. Work independently to adapt approaches that support operational goals and strategic priorities.
- Perform complex data analysis and queries using advanced techniques to deliver actionable insights that drive informed decision-making. Translate raw data into meaningful trends and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance by implementing rigorous validation processes and monitoring quality standards. Maintain transparency through documentation and readiness for regulatory audits.
- Design and optimize scalable data pipelines to support Post Market Analytics and other strategic initiatives. Apply best practices for data ingestion, transformation, and storage to manage large datasets efficiently.
- Build robust infrastructure for big data integration across diverse sources, enabling seamless extraction, transformation, and loading processes. Leverage cutting-edge technologies to enhance interoperability and system performance.
You're the right fit if:
- You've acquired 2+ years of experience in areas such as Data Analytics, AI, Data Engineering or equivalent. Experience working with these platforms highly preferred: AWS, Azure, OpenAI, DataBricks, Snowflake, and Copilot.
- You can walk into an environment with a solid tech stack foundation, a backlog of use cases ready to prioritize and execute, and the ability to start adding value in a very short amount of time.
- Use Case Areas of Opportunity: Research and Development, Marketing, Communications, Medical Office, Supply Chain, etc.
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
- You have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies to evolving business needs.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
This is an office role.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $126,000 to $201,000.
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $112,500 to $180,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA
