Orbis Arenales LLC seeks a Director of Strategy and Development in Doral, Florida to set company policies, procedures, standards, specification, guidelines & training programs. Develop performance goals and objectives for the school’s operations. Oversee client relations, finances, team building & staff development. Direct & coordinate activities of teachers, administrators & support staff at schools, public agencies & institutions. Recruit, hire, train & evaluate primary & supplemental staff. Set educational standards goals, and help establish policies and procedures to carry them out. Plan and lead professional development activities and training programs for teachers, administrators & support staff. Prepare & submit budget requests & recommendations, or grant proposals to solicit program funding.  Review & approve new programs, or recommend modifications to existing programs, submitting program proposals for school board approval as necessary.  Determine allocations of funds for staff, supplies, materials & equipment & authorize purchases. Oversee the preparation & maintenance of attendance, activity, planning, or personnel reports & records. Oversee the maintenance of the school & advocate for repairs & improvements, when necessary. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or foreign degree equivalent, in any field plus 2 yrs of exp. In job offered or as Education Administrator, Activities Coordinator, or University-Level Professor.
